DELIVERY:

At Luscious Cups, we believe joy should arrive quickly – and without surprise fees. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Flat Rate Shipping (Canada & United States)

We proudly offer free standard delivery on all orders within Canada and the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories). Duties and custom fees, where applicable, are included in these rates.

Duties and customs fees, where applicable are included in US shipping rates, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Taxes charged at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

International:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the contiguous United States.

Bundle Perks:

From time to time, we offer "Pick Me Ups" — automatic savings when you bundle multiple Luscious Cups together. Any eligible bundle discounts will be clearly shown at checkout. 

Standard delivery estimates:

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped

Canada: 2-9 business days, (may take more time for remote or rural locations).

United States: 3-9 business day

      Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.      

Express Delivery:

Need it faster? Express shipping may be available by request only and is offered on a case-by-case basis due to variable carrier rates and delivery times. Please contact Cup Support before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, holiday promotions, or giveaways, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package seems delayed, stuck in transit, or missing, please contact us. We’ll help investigate and make things right wherever possible.

Shipping Gifts:

Sending Luscious Cups as a gift?

We can ship directly to your recipient. Pricing will not be included in the package price if it is being shipped to Canada or the United states.
