Returns

At Luscious Cups, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacuring defect, we will absolutely make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your mug or bowl arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:

·       Your order number

·       A photo with a brief description of the issue

We will send a free replacement right away – no need to ship the damaged item back.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn’t updated or your package appears lost, reach out to us. We’ll investigate and issue a replacement when appropriate.
