Yes! Luscious Cups are microwave safe and dishwasher friendly. They are made to stand up to real life – coffee reheats, tea refills and frequent washing.
Where are your products made?
Luscious Cups products are designed in Canada and produced in partnership with a carefully vetted ceramic manufacturer in Guangdong, China, a region long known for its ceramic expertise. It was selected for its quality, consistency and ethical production standards to ensure every piece meets our expectations.
Do you offer packaging or gift-ready items?
Yes! Every Luscious Cup mug and bowl is carefully packaged and arrive gift ready, making them easy to send directly to someone special. While we don’t currently offer custom gift-wrapping, each piece is meant to feel like a meaningful gift right out of the box.
How much is shipping and where do you ship?
Luscious Cups is proud to offer free shipping on all orders. All U.S. orders include customs and duties in the posted price — no surprise fees at delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is on its way. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because our products are carefully packaged ceramics that come into contact with food-products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
